ABSTRACT: The development of smart cities presents new
challenges and opportunities for the
coordinated development of urban logistics and e-commerce supply chains. From a
legal perspective, this paper studies the legal value of the coordinated
development of urban logistics and e-commerce supply chains in smart cities.
Specifically, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trends
of urban logistics and e-commerce supply chains in smart cities, explores the
concept and model of coordinated development, and analyzes the legal issues and
challenges involved with practical cases. Finally, this paper proposes
corresponding legal countermeasures and suggestions to provide legal support
and protection for the coordinated development of urban logistics and
e-commerce supply chains in smart cities.
