ABSTRACT: Objective: To explore the drug concentration detection of antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia and other psychiatric diseases. Methods: Collecting the research results of relevant references in recent years, and summarizing the development and existing problems of the detection of psychotropic drugs in recent years from the perspective of drug detection methods, multidisciplinary integration, and interdisciplinary cooperation, so as to provide a reference for the follow-up monitoring of antipsychotic drugs. Results: It was found that the individual differences in pharmacokinetics of these drugs were large, and the side effects and toxic reactions were not easily distinguished from the aggravation of the symptoms of the disease itself. Conclusion: Through the analysis of the collected literature, we can understand the research progress of antipsychotic drug concentration monitoring, and provide strong evidence for the realization of clinical individualized precise treatment.
