ABSTRACT: International Business Law is a fundamental course for Business English majors. It is suitable for adapting EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching mode according to its nature, talent training goal and teaching contents. This paper focuses on the implementing EMI in International Business Law course for business English majors of Baoding university and conducts questionnaires and aninterview to collect data to summarize and analyze some experience so as to provide some useful references for peer universities.
