ABSTRACT: Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, intellectual property protection is particularly important. In this paper, we analyze the cultivation problems, such as lack of personnel training links, professional teachers’ lack of relevant knowledge, simple course assessment methods, students’ weak application ability of professional knowledge and so on, of intellectual property awareness training in current application-oriented universities from teaching teachers, school curriculum offering, assessment and so on. Then, based on specialized courses, combined with general courses of intellectual property, and by means of practice, strategies are proposed to stimulate students’ innovative thinking and improve their ability of intellectual property extraction and writing, so as to provide some references for the cultivation of students’ innovative ability and improvement of their awareness of intellectual property.
