ABSTRACT: With the continuous promotion of physical education curriculum reform in China, the word cooperative learning has attracted much attention, and has gradually become one of the focuses of research. This paper studies the concept of cooperative learning from the aspects of its origin, background, connotation and characteristics, changes in various historical periods, significance and value, communication paths and methods, and points out the problems caused by cooperative learning. It also puts forward the promotion strategy of cooperative learning, in order to provide a reference for the physical education curriculum reform in our country.
