ABSTRACT: It is of great significance to carry out cultural exchanges with France,
which is a major and powerful cultural country. Confucius Institutes in France
have played a huge role in spreading
Chinese culture and promoting people-to-people exchanges between China
and France, which can be reflected in the following three aspects: helping to
promote the Chinese language and expand the influence of the Chinese language;
Promote educational cooperation and exchanges between China and France, and
cultivate talents for cultural exchanges between China and France; To enhance
understanding and achieve mutually beneficial exchanges between China and
France. In the future, it is necessary to continue to reflect on the concept of
cultural exchange, and Confucius Institutes should change from “going out” in
form to “going in” in connotation, so as to achieve the role of communicating
with people through language and culture.
