ABSTRACT: Ever since the birth of the first computer-read corpus in the 1950s, corpora have been widely used in areas like language research, language teaching, and dictionary and textbook compiling. Given the fact that they pose the potential of reflecting the overall and actual use of learner language and understanding the real difficulties of a certain group of learners, learner corpora, a special form of corpora arose great interest from researchers. With the Citespace program, this paper makes a bibliometric analysis of research articles from the WOS core collection published in the last 10 years (2012-2021). This paper also presents visualizations of the overall research schema, research findings, and prospects.
