ABSTRACT: We have made a summary for Chongqing Standardized Nurse Training Class at several aspects, including the basic information of trainees, the configuration of teachers, the setting of courses, and the effect analysis. Meanwhile, some improvement measures are proposed according to the comments and suggestions. This study provides a reliable basis for cultivating the management cadres of standardized nurse training.
