ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to use the methods of literature research, combining theory and reality to analyze the thought of a community with a shared future for mankind, to see its demonstration of the values shared by Chinese and other cultures and by all humanity, and to China’s peace and development, world prosperity and progress of great and far-reaching significance. Based on the two concepts of ecological protection and mutual learning in a community with a shared future for mankind, we will consider the significance and countermeasures of integrating the thought of a community with a shared future for mankind into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
