ABSTRACT: In recent years, linguistic landscape research has gradually become a hot spot in the field of sociolinguistics. Since 2013, the number of journal publications has steadily increased year by year, and there have been certain breakthroughs in theoretical innovation in domestic research. This paper reviews the previous literature, summarizes and sorts out several perspectives of linguistic landscape research which include sociological, communicative ethnological and language policy, in order to have a better understanding of linguistic landscape, and to provide a reference for subsequent research.
