ABSTRACT: With the continuous development of network information technology, a
large number of hidden and fuzzy network
joint crimes began to appear. Because of the complexity of
its behavior, it is difficult to identify it subjectively. Through the identification
and analysis of “connection of intention” and “knowing” in network joint crime,
this paper studies the dilemma of identification of these two factors in
network joint crime, and puts forward relevant improvement measures to strictly
regulate network joint crime and create a good network space.
