ABSTRACT: The
protection and development of traditional villages is an important issue at
present. This study analyzes the layout of traditional villages in the country
and estimates the development status of traditional villages, uses big
data analysis and GIS spatial analysis methods to estimate the development
status of traditional Chinese villages, analyzes the
problems existing in the protection of traditional Chinese villages, and
finally divides the protection of traditional Chinese villages into five types. This
research has shown that undeveloped traditional villages are actually more
likely to be destroyed over time, and activation protection is a more
scientific method of traditional village protection.
