ABSTRACT: Cultivating English literacy is particularly important in the construction of college students’ educational literacy system. In order to create a good campus English learning atmosphere and create characteristic cultural projects, the team explored ways to innovate and develop college students’ morning reading bases from the perspective of data and group surveys, held discussions and research, explored innovative morning reading models suitable for college students, and gave relevant suggestions.
