ABSTRACT: The research
aims to discuss the importance of human resource management practice in the practical
teaching system of Chinese education. The teacher needs to provide practical knowledge
on HRM to the students so the students of Chinese nursing school can align the theoretical
knowledge in practical experience. A survey among 70 respondents has been performed
to collect the primary data and thematic analysis on the collected secondary qualitative
data has been done to obtain the answer of the research question. The SIG value
and the statistical value of the data analysis has highlighted the practical teaching
program on HRM is needed for professional development of Chinese nurses.
