ABSTRACT: This paper reviews the research on quality management of prefabricated
buildings at home and abroad. In this paper, the literature reading method is
used to summarize the development of prefabricated buildings at home and
abroad, the research status of quality management, and the quality management
of prefabricated buildings. The conclusion is that the quality management of prefabricated buildings is very necessary.
Finally, combined with the development of prefabricated buildings in China,
this paper puts forward the conclusion that it is necessary to further study
and establish a perfect quality management mechanism in order to better promote
prefabricated buildings.
