ecological damage to others, involving the behavior of a third party,
instigation, guardian, etc. In the analysis, students use the discriminative
analysis method, put forward questions, and clarify the legal relationship between the subjects. Grasp the
characteristics of environmental damage infringement cases to understand the
case, determine the focus of the dispute, and then analyze the focus of the
