ABSTRACT: This paper gives the elements system of location value
of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port Free Trade Port, analyses the elements and influencing factors
affecting the location value of Free Trade Port, and constructs the evaluation system
of location value of Free Trade Port. With the help of SPSS 22.0 software, the location value of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and nine major
domestic ports is empirically analysed by factor analysis. Finally, the specific
path of Ningbo-Zhoushan port development is given.
