ABSTRACT: Although the school enterprise joint training mode has been brought to practice for a few decades, the supply and demand mismatch of labor market still exists between enterprise employers and undergraduates in business. This means that the efficiency of this mode is not very satisfactory. This leads to a serious lag in the cultivation of students’ practical ability, innovation ability, practical ability and ability to adapt to the environment and the needs of social and economic development. This paper aims to discuss the efficiency improvement of the school enterprise joint training mechanism for business and management majored students, focusing on the three main levels of school-enterprise joint training: schools, enterprises and students.
