ABSTRACT: The article explores the model of spin-off businesses originating from
research and training institutions as a new solution to improve the
commercialization of intellectual property in universities in the country we
are now. From the challenges brought by the spin-off business model, the
article, with the method of analyzing and synthesizing the results from related
studies, offers suggestions for useful solutions to promote the formation of
the business model business model starting from exploiting intellectual
property at universities.
