ABSTRACT: The Hyperbaric and Diving Medicine Centre of Singapore provides regular treatment for various UHMS indications for hyperbaric treatment in our dual multi-place connected chambers. When any single patient requires evacuation during the treatment, a connected dual chamber facility is advantageous to avoid disruption for the remaining patients. We share our experience and procedures to facilitate repeated unexpected evacuation with minimal disruption to other patients undergoing treatment, in an elderly semiactivity dependent patient who had gastrointestinal symptoms during treatment.
