ABSTRACT: At present, the COVID-19 epidemic is still unfolding all over the world. In the face of the epidemic outbreak, all countries are trying their best to prevent the spread of the epidemic and reduce the harm brought by it. China has also taken a series of measures to effectively prevent and control the spread of the epidemic, and some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of the epidemic. And China is the only country in the world that has maintained economic growth during the pandemic. The experience of dealing with public health emergencies with the Scientific Outlook on Development is an important reference for China’s epidemic prevention and control. The Scientific Outlook on Development under the background of the outbreak still has important meaning. The theme of the Scientific Outlook on Development is how to develop our country under the pressure of resources and environment.
