  ABSTRACT: Fu Sheng Liu Ji, a novel written in the Qing Dynasty was a success in literary reform in China. Its unique style attracted many readers as well as researchers. Since it was published, it lacked no translated versions in multiple languages. The thesis will make a general picture of the original work and two of its English versions.
