ABSTRACT: In the “Big Video Era”, the amount of video has increased dramatically and the presentation
mode of videos has also changed fundamentally with the development of
technology. As huge changes will bring many new opportunities, it is urgent to
explore the changes of video in the big video era and its impact on content
editing for the development of the video industry. By studying and analyzing the
relevant literature, combining the current development of the video industry
and specific practical cases, this thesis explores the transformation of video
content in the “Big Video Era”, analyzes the positive and negative impacts, and discusses the new
requirements in video content editing.
