ABSTRACT: In recent years, the construction of ecological civilization has become an important policy that my country vigorously advocates and practices. As the most important part of the land and space planning system’ innovation and development, the construction of ecological civilization plays a very important guiding role in land and air planning. As ecological civilization is closely related to territorial and spatial planning, territorial and spatial planning based on the perspective of ecological civilization has become more and more popular. This article briefly introduces the idea of ecological civilization and land and space planning, analyzes the relationship between them, takes Yong’an Town, Chengdu as an example, and discusses the development of land and space planning from the perspective of ecological civilization. Finally, corresponding development strategies and plans are proposed for Yong’an Town.
