ABSTRACT: German university summer and winter camps have many advantages with their relatively low course fees, abundant scholarships and beautiful natural environment. In this paper, through the survey of Chinese university students and the study of German university summer and winter camps, we summarize the characteristics of German university summer and winter camps with various themes, excellent location and reasonable curriculum. It also compares with the current status of summer and winter camps in Chinese colleges and universities, and puts forward the references of actualizing the theme, rationalizing the scale, diversifying the lectures, and transparent information management.
