ABSTRACT: Good self-management can help hemodialysis patients improve their quality of life and survival rate. This article reviews the status quo of self-care ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients, the influencing factors of self-care ability and the intervention measures. To improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients, coordinated nursing intervention, self-efficacy intervention, psychological intervention and health education were proposed. To provide a reference for the self-management of hemodialysis patients.
