  ABSTRACT: Mass customization is the main direction of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing mode. Based on the theory and perspective of supply chain, this paper reinterprets the content of the mass customization balance model, and summarizes the key technical conditions for the selection and implementation of the best dividing point between the balance point and the balance area in the mass production and customization production modes, and analyzes the actual cases, so as to break through the gap between the various theoretical knowledge modules. The purpose is to simplify the complex problems, which can be used for reference and guidance for enterprises in various industries.
