ABSTRACT: With the development of economy and society and the gradual growth of the
emerging Internet industry, the work pressure of the Internet industry in the
transition period is increasing day by day in face of the fierce competition
from the same industry in foreign developed countries, the culture of 996 in
the Internet industry is gradually rising, which has triggered extensive
discussion in the society. This paper focuses on the legalization of the
Internet 996 system and the dynamics of Shenzhen City’s pilot reform on special
working hours management system, discussing the current situation of the
special working hours system legislation in China and putting forward relevant
suggestions.
