ABSTRACT:
Objective: To investigate the effects of cytokines IL-10 and IL-15 in osteoporosis, and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: A total of 101 subjects who underwent bone density testing in Linyi People’s Hospital from January 2018-December 2019 were selected and divided into normal bone density group, osteopenia group and osteoporosis group according to their bone density. At the same time, the peripheral serum IL-10 and IL-15 levels of subjects were detected.
