ABSTRACT: The research on ideological issues has been studied for a long time, but it has not been widespread in all the research areas. The numbness and even indifference of the public to the ideological issues is precisely the biggest crisis in dealing with this situation. This paper invests and analyzes ideological data of university English teaching from cognitive competence, environment, features and measures under nowadays background. At the same time, this paper supplies some useful measures of consolidating ideological security from five aspects of ideological understanding, language ontology, political tutelage, internet plus innovation and social attribute of language.
