ABSTRACT: Human resources for health are the most important and valuable asset in an organization, and the performance of human resources is an important factor affecting the success of each organization. Hospitals play an important role in people’s health and depend on human resources more than any other organization. Medical staff is the most critical factor for the development of medical and health undertakings. Therefore, how to improve the hospital’s human resources, namely the satisfaction of medical staff, is a social issue in today’s society. In our understanding of the present status of the medical staff, we analyze the problems existing in the hospital management, to explore the hospital at the same time of providing medical services to patients, lead to an improvement in hospital medical staff’s own professional level, improve the level of hospital scientific management, scientific management and analyze the related factors, for hospital managers to provide management strategy, providing reference for improving the medical staff’s work enthusiasm. On this basis, humanized management is proposed to adjust the hospital strategy, improve the medical staff’s job satisfaction, further strengthen the scientific and standardized management of the hospital, improve the medical quality, and enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital.
