  ABSTRACT: In this paper, we construct Chebyshev biorthogonal multiwavelets, and use this multiwavelets to approximate signals (functions). The convergence rate for signal approximation is derived. The fast signal decomposition and reconstruction algorithms are presented. The numerical examples validate the theoretical analysis.
