  ABSTRACT: In this research work, the lifetime of different garments has been investigated by surveying 500 people. Also, the lifetime of the same items has been investigated by following the same procedure after adopting refashion. The difference in life before and after refashion has been investigated as well. The survey result shows that the lifetime of the garments items increases to a greater extent after adopting refashion. As it is possible to increase the lifetime of garments by refashioning so the refashion technique followed in this research work has an environmental, social, and economic impact to obtain enrich and greener world.
