ABSTRACT: China’s modern education system urgently requires entrepreneurship andinnovation education. By reading literature, launching questionnaire, and giving interviews, we found that most colleges and universities in China neglectdeveloping students’ practical ability in entrepreneurship and innovationeducation, and that the proposal made in existing research to add practical training just focuses on macro-guidance, with no specific solutions given. Therefore, we innovatively propose to introduce street stall economy into the curriculum based on the features and feasibility of China’s street stall economy, and offer recommendations for management and assessment by drawing on the experience of other places in administering street stall economy.
