ABSTRACT: Basing on 305 samples from a manufacturing factory, this study examined the relationship among workplace bullying, perceived organizational support and turnover intention. The results show that: workplace bullying is excellent predictor of employees’ turnover; perceived organizational support correlates negatively with the intention to leave the organization; and perceived organizational support plays a moderating role in the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention. These findings may have important implications from both the theoretical and the practical standpoints.
