ABSTRACT: This paper analyzes the employment situation of Chinese colleges and
universities and finds the problems existing in the employment of Chinese
college graduates. Through a problem-oriented approach, the counselor’s
employment guidance strategy is proposed to provide a basis for improving the
employment quality of college graduates.
