ABSTRACT: Vietnam has quickly become a developed economy, proactively integrating into the global economy. Industry linking clusters play an important role in the nation’s socio-economic development. The industry linking clusters in Vietnam have been relatively developed. However, they have still loose and inconsistent. The present study has given some solutions and a number of lessons to develop industry linking clusters in Vietnam by using related secondary data collection methods, synthesis, analysis and statistics.
