ABSTRACT: This paper, guided by pragmatism education thought and combined with the characteristics of “database system” course, constructs a teaching model based on case teaching method. We put forward a more effective supporting system model, and uses rich teaching methods. It means to make the whole teaching link more perfect and reasonable. Practice shows that this teaching method not only improves students’ theoretical level and practical operation ability, but also greatly arouses students’ enthusiasm.
