ABSTRACT: Rhabdomyosarcomas (RMS) is one of the most common sarcomas in children but rare in adults. It can occur in any anatomic location but most often presents in the head and neck region. Herewith, we report a rare case of primary orbito-ethmoidal rhabdomyosarcoma in a 29-year-old female. The patient underwent induction chemotherapy and achieved surprising results.
