ABSTRACT: Enterprise mentoring is an important means of helping employees to gain career success and is also one of the important research topics in organizational behavior. From the perspective of social capital theory, this paper reviews and summarizes the research papers on enterprise mentoring from the two ways of network structure indicators and social resources indicators. It also points out the shortcomings of the current situation and possible directions of future research.
