ABSTRACT: This paper takes the recruitment program “only you” as an example, through the comparison between the TV recruitment and the general recruitment process of enterprises, to help college students analyze the various ability requirements that should be possessed in the process of job-hunting, as well as the countermeasures and suggestions for ability cultivation. In order to achieve the purpose of helping college students to establish the correct values of job-hunting.
