ABSTRACT: The thought of social inherent concept makes the execution of property punishment lack strong support, the execution is difficult and the execution fee makes the execution of property punishment lack the impetus, which causes the vicious circle, the way of executing property punishment makes the execution of property punishment difficult to carry out vigorously, and the problems such as the convergence of the execution of the property need to be further improved. China should further improve the execution of property penalties in criminal proceedings. The execution of China’s property punishment should abide by the following principles—the principle of separation of audit and execution, the principle of reference and the principle of protection of rights and interests. Procedural regulation should be carried out on the execution of property penalty in criminal proceedings.
