ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine good governance for public management in Cambodia with a focus in all Ministries. Specifically, this study sought to: 1) identify factors that might have effect on good governance based on literature reviews, 2) determine what factors influenced on good governance, 3) give a good model for evaluation on governance and finally, this study aims to give suggestion for improvement on good governance on public management and perhaps also for private management.
