ABSTRACT: Adnexal torsion is difficult to diagnose and requires immediate surgery. Early diagnosis is necessary to preserve the function of the ovaries and tubes and prevent severe morbidity. The aim of this study is to evaluate the interest of the predictive score for assisting in the pre-operative diagnosis of adnexal torsion in women with acute pelvic pain.
