ABSTRACT: Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is currently a major public health problem, being the 7th cause of death worldwide. Incidence is increasing and unfortunately nowadays the incidence is almost overlapping to mortality. The cornerstone of curative treatment is still surgery, but adjuvant treatment is critical to decreasing the risk of recurrence.
