ABSTRACT: Since the remarkable development of economy, the importance of performance has been
paid increasing attention to. As an extreme sector of
fiscal and tax system, performance of budget is significant to government business
and public service. However, some issues of budget performance management are
expected to be updated. This paper will analyze the issues on the
process of budgeting by game theory.
