ABSTRACT: The characteristic town is an innovative new economic development model to explore the integration of industry and city, and a practice to promote the supply-side structural reform in Zhejiang. This paper analyzes the construction status and social satisfaction of dream town in Hangzhou, explores the economic operation system of high-tech characteristic town, summarizes the difficulties encountered in the construction process, and summarizes the economic development model of universal significance.
