ABSTRACT: Rural revitalization and new urbanization are inevitable to build
socialist modernization and realize regional coordinated development. Both of
them are indispensable and cannot be neglected. Therefore, in order to promote
the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization, these
four aspects are needed. First, unified planning should be taken to promote the
rational flow of urban and rural factors. Second, deepen the reform of rural
land system to lay the foundation for the coordinated development of rural
renewal and new urbanization. Third, raise funds through multiple channels to
provide guarantee for it. Fourthly, we should train and introduce talents in
various ways to provide support.
