ABSTRACT: This study investigated the use of Public Relations strategies in conflict management in Agape Gospel Mission. The in-depth interview methodology was used to elicit data and the findings show that Agape gospel mission is using public relations tools such as dialogue, persuasion, negotiation, mediation and arbitration in managing conflicts. The study recommends the PR tools for other churches especially Pentecostal churches to manage conflicts in their organizations.
