ABSTRACT: This study aims to find the most relative ownership structure related factors of influencing capital structure of top 50 non-financial firms listed in Egyptian exchange from 2012 to 2017. The study found that the hypotheses from one to six that are explaining the relationship between Ownership Structure and Capital Structure are partially supported. Also, the study explaining the effect of Firm Age and Company Size on Capital Structure is partially supported.
